Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities and responsibilities for all individuals who access or use the Art Unlock Platform (“Users”, “Artists”, “Visitors”).

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General Conduct Requirements

Users must:

• Act respectfully and professionally
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws
• Respect the rights, safety, and property of others
• Follow all Art Unlock policies (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, etc.)

Art Unlock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this AUP at its sole discretion.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Promote violence or criminal conduct
• Facilitate unsafe meetings or studio visits
• Endanger people, property, artwork, or venues
• Spread malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Disrupt events or interfere with Art Unlock operations

2.2 Misrepresentation & Fraud

Users are prohibited from:

• Creating fake accounts or identities
• Falsifying professional or artistic information
• Misrepresenting studio locations, safety conditions, or access rules
• Posting false, deceptive, or misleading information
• Using another person’s identity without consent
• Conducting scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent transactions

2.3 Content Restrictions

Users may not upload, post, or transmit:

• Copyright-infringing content
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
• Abusive, threatening, or violent content
• Political propaganda or extremist materials
• Defamatory or libelous statements

Art Unlock may remove content at its sole discretion.

2.4 Privacy Violations

Users may not:

• Collect personal data without consent
• Publish private or confidential information of others
• Record or photograph studio visits without permission
• Share access instructions, private addresses, or studio details without authorization

Violation may result in immediate suspension.

2.5 Security & Technical Misuse

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Circumvent security or authentication measures
• Perform automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to access the Platform
• Interfere with server performance or overload the system
• Probe vulnerabilities or attempt penetration testing without written authorization

3. Restrictions Related to Studio Visits

Users and Artists agree NOT to:

• Violate safety rules at any studio
• Enter restricted areas
• Bring hazardous materials into studios
• Engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior during visits
• Host events or gatherings without permission
• Photograph artworks or premises without consent

Art Unlock disclaims all responsibility for behavior during in-person visits (see Terms & Event Safety Disclaimer).

4. Commercial Restrictions

Users may not:

• Promote or sell unrelated products/services
• Use the Platform for multi-level marketing or spam campaigns
• Conduct surveys, data harvesting, or lead-generation
• Use Art Unlock’s brand to imply endorsement or partnership
• Sell access to their Art Unlock profile

Commercial activity must align strictly with Platform features.

5. Intellectual Property Respect

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce other artists’ work without authorization
• Download or reuse images or descriptions from other profiles
• Use Art Unlock’s interface, design, or content for derivative platforms
• Create competing services using Art Unlock’s data or features

All copyrights remain with their rightful owners.

6. Reporting Violations

Users may report misuse or violations to:

Reports are confidential, reviewed internally, and may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal
• Legal action if required

This AUP may be updated periodically. The “Effective Date” indicates the most recent version. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
